These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Event Squads’ website, booking system, and services. By booking with us or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Bookings & Payments

Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment (deposit or full balance, depending on package).

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

Final balances must be paid prior to the event date.

Accepted payments: credit/debit card and secure online payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

If Event Squads must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund.
3. Event Changes

Requests to change dates, times, or venues are subject to availability.

Additional charges may apply for extensions, location changes, or last-minute adjustments.
4. Setup & Operation

Clients must provide adequate space, power outlets, and access for setup.

Our team will deliver, set up, and remove equipment on schedule.

For unattended rentals, clients assume responsibility for booth security and guest use.
5. Liability

Event Squads is not liable for interruptions caused by venue restrictions, power outages, or internet connectivity issues.

Clients are responsible for damages to Event Squads equipment caused by guests, vendors, or venue negligence.

Event Squads is not responsible for loss of data or images beyond the services provided.
6. Photo & Media Use

Unless requested otherwise in writing, Event Squads may use event photos for marketing or promotional purposes.

Guests always retain the choice to decline participation in shared photos.
7. Website & Content Use

All content on this website (logos, images, copy, design) is the property of Event Squads and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

Unauthorized use of our website or services may result in legal action.
8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect and protect your data.
9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Orange County, CA.
